Why this summit, why now

Growth is no longer the question. Governance of that growth is.

The GCC flexible packaging market is on a steady growth path — but three regulatory deadlines are converging on converters simultaneously: the UAE's single-use plastics ban, Saudi Arabia's SASO material transition, and the first wave of Scope 3 data requests from SBTi-validated multinational customers.

No single converter can shape that agenda alone. This summit exists to give the region's flexible packaging industry a unified, organized voice — starting with its own governance.

Before you RSVP

A few things worth knowing.

Who should attend?+
CEOs and senior decision-makers at GCC flexible packaging converters, and regional heads of multinational brand-owner or resin-supplier companies operating in the Gulf. This is a working session, not a general trade-show audience.
Why is this on the sidelines of Gulfood, not inside it?+
Flexible packaging converters are direct suppliers into the F&B value chain Gulfood serves — the timing lets delegates combine both in one trip. The summit itself is held off the show floor, in a closed-door format, to keep the session focused.
What does "closed-door" mean in practice?+
Attendance is by invitation and confirmed RSVP only. There is no public ticketing and no press access to the formal business sessions.
What happens to my payment if I can't attend after registering?+
Let us know as early as possible — substitutions from the same company are always welcome, and refund terms will be confirmed on your invoice.
Is there a deadline to RSVP?+
Yes — given the closed-door format and limited seating, we recommend confirming at least two weeks ahead of Gulfood week. Exact venue details are shared directly with confirmed registrants.
