A closed-door session for converter CEOs and regional MNC heads, held on the sidelines of Gulfood 2026 — where the association's founding Governing Board is elected and its first Working Committees are chartered.
The GCC flexible packaging market is on a steady growth path — but three regulatory deadlines are converging on converters simultaneously: the UAE's single-use plastics ban, Saudi Arabia's SASO material transition, and the first wave of Scope 3 data requests from SBTi-validated multinational customers.
No single converter can shape that agenda alone. This summit exists to give the region's flexible packaging industry a unified, organized voice — starting with its own governance.
Every session on the agenda ends in a decision or a position — including the association's own founding structure.
Seven seats — Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer, General Secretary and three Members-at-Large — elected from the room by those holding the Governing Body tier. A two-year term, renewable once.
Regulatory & Sustainability Affairs, and Trade, Growth & Market Development — each chartered on the day, with General Body members nominating their own executives into the founding slate.
Numbers are deliberately limited to keep this a working session, not a trade-show crowd.
All tiers include entry to the gala networking reception. Invoices are issued on confirmation; seats are held for 5 business days pending payment.
Summit fees shown above are fully adjustable against the corporate membership tiers published at www.fpa-gcc.org† — see footnotes below.
